1. Purpose
Zaicho (the “App”) is a general informational and educational tool for recording and organizing your own assets. It does not recommend or solicit specific financial products, nor provide advice on trade timing or investments.
2. About the inheritance-tax estimate
The estimate is a personal simulation of the “total inheritance tax” to help you get a rough idea. It does not reflect the spousal tax credit, the small-scale residential land special provision, or other deductions and additions, and differs from any actual filing. This feature does not constitute tax-accountant services. For official filings, always consult a professional such as a tax accountant.
3. Estimates and outputs
Amounts, trends and estimates shown are calculations based on your input and do not guarantee accuracy or future results. Final decisions are your own responsibility.
4. Purchases
Some features (premium asset classes, inventory PDF, inheritance-tax estimate, CSV export) are provided as a one-time, non-consumable Full Access purchase with no subscription. You can restore it anytime via Settings → Restore Purchase. Payment is processed by Apple’s App Store.
