Is my data private?

Yes. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account and no data collection. Your records are included in your iPhone's iCloud backup, and you can export them to CSV or PDF at any time.

What is Dartrack Pro?

A subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited staff, deadline reminders, payroll estimates, evaluation notes and export. The free plan includes one staff member and core records.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Dartrack. You can also reach this from Settings inside the app. If you cancel, you keep viewing and exporting your existing data.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Dartrack → Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Does Dartrack file visas or pay salaries?

No. Dartrack is a private record-keeping tool only. It does not file visas or contracts, does not process wage payments (WPS), and does not provide legal advice. Confirm current rules at mohre.gov.ae or with a legal professional.
