The service
Dartrack is a private, on-device record-keeping app for households that employ domestic staff. It is a personal organization tool only. It does not file visas or contracts with any government body (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tadbeer or others), does not process wage payments (it is not a substitute for the Wage Protection System / WPS), and does not provide legal advice.
Reference information
Any labor-standard values shown in the app (such as daily rest, weekly rest and leave days) are adjustable reference values, not legal guidance. Always confirm current rules at mohre.gov.ae or with a qualified legal professional. You are responsible for how you use the records you keep.
Dartrack Pro subscription
- Dartrack Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- The free plan always includes one staff member and core records. If you cancel Pro, you can keep viewing and exporting all of your existing data.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, freetokyo is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including reliance on reference values or estimates.
