No. Open the Today tab and choose Select a region to pick a city instead; the index is then calculated from that region’s weather.
No. The index works from weather alone. Allowing sleep, steps, water and cycle data simply makes the contributing factors more specific.
A number from 0 to 100 showing how much the day’s conditions — humidity, temperature, UV, wind, sleep, steps, water and so on — overlap. It is not a probability that you will have a skin problem.
Trends by condition appear once each condition has enough days behind it (at least five). Until you have 30 days of records, the app labels this a learning period.
Try Restore Purchases in Settings or on the Full Access screen. If that does not help, please email us.
