Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Heyalog handles user data.

Information We Collect

This app does not collect personal information or usage data. Property names you enter, photos taken, generated PDFs, and checklist records are stored exclusively on the user's device. No account registration is required.

Camera Use

The app uses camera access to photograph the condition of rooms. Photos taken are stored only on the device and are not sent to the developer or third parties.

Location Information Use

Adding GPS coordinates to photos is an optional feature.

If the 'Add location to photos' option in Settings is off (default), the app does not access location information.

Only when the user enables it will the device's current location be obtained when taking a photo and recorded in the photo's metadata.

Obtained coordinates are not sent externally.

Data Stored on Device

The following data is stored in the app's dedicated area on the device: • Entered text such as property names, room names, and checkpoint names • Taken or imported photos • Checklist record status • Generated PDF files (temporary area)

iCloud Backup

This app does not perform iCloud synchronization. However, if iOS's standard 'iCloud Backup' feature is enabled, this app's data will be included in the device backup. This is done through Apple's iCloud feature and the developer cannot access the data.

Third Parties, Analytics, and Advertising

As there is no data collected, there is no sharing with third parties. The app uses no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not intentionally collect their information.

Policy Changes

If the privacy policy changes, this page will be updated. For significant changes, notification will be provided through app updates.
