Where is my data stored?

How accurate is the AI health assessment?
The model is trained on the Oxford-IIIT Pet dataset. Accuracy varies based on shooting conditions (lighting, whether the cat fills the frame, etc.). A 'Low Confidence' warning appears when confidence is below 60%. AI assessment is reference information only and is NOT a medical diagnosis.
Are photos sent to external servers?
No. AI condition assessment is processed entirely on your device using Core ML. Photo data is never sent to external servers.
Can I manage multiple cats?
The current version supports one cat. Multiple-cat management is planned for a future update. Please let us know your preferences via the contact form.
Can I cancel the premium plan at any time?
Yes. Go to App Store Settings → Subscriptions to cancel. Premium features remain available until the next renewal date after cancellation.
What happens to my data when I change devices?
On the free plan, data can be transferred by restoring from an iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or Mac backup). On the premium plan with iCloud sync, signing in with the same Apple ID will automatically transfer your data.
Which iOS version is supported?
iOS 17.0 and later. Updating to the latest iOS is recommended.
