Basic Policy

Miawell respects user privacy to the maximum. Your cat's records and photos are stored only on your device or your own iCloud account. The developer cannot access your data.

Information We Collect

Cat records entered by you (weight, food intake, litter box use, water intake, memos, etc.

); app settings (cat profile, weight reference values, etc.

); AI assessment usage count (monthly reset); purchase information (premium subscription status).

All of this is stored on your device or in iCloud and is not sent to the developer's servers.

Information NOT Collected

The app does not collect: personal identifying information (name, email address, phone number, etc.); location or GPS data; access to contacts or calendar; behavioral logs or access analytics; advertising identifier (IDFA).

AI Health Assessment

The AI health assessment feature uses photos of your cat. Photo analysis is performed entirely on-device using Core ML — photos are never sent to external servers. After analysis, photo data is managed only within the app. AI assessment scores are stored locally.

iCloud Sync

The premium plan provides a data sync feature using Apple iCloud. Data is stored on Apple's servers (iCloud). iCloud privacy protection follows Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no means to access your iCloud data. iCloud sync can be disabled at any time in Apple ID settings.

Purchase and Payment Information

Premium plan purchases are made via Apple's App Store. Payment information such as credit card details is managed by Apple and is not provided to the developer. StoreKit 2 is used to verify subscription status.

Third-Party Information Sharing

The app does not sell, provide, or share user information with third parties, except: with the user's consent; or when disclosure is required by law.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is revised, notification will be provided via app update or this page. Important changes will also be announced within the app.
