1. Purpose

Saqrlog is a general record-keeping tool for falconers. It is not veterinary advice and does not diagnose, treat or make health recommendations for any animal. Feeding figures and weight readings are your own records, not instructions. Use your own judgement and consult a qualified veterinarian for health matters.

2. Lawful use

The app is intended for recording lawful falconry only. It does not facilitate the buying or selling of live birds. You are responsible for complying with the laws and permits that apply to falconry in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription (Saqrlog Pro)

Saqrlog is free to use for up to 2 falcons with all record types. Saqrlog Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited falcons, full weight history, per-falcon season comparison, and PDF/CSV export.

• Length: 1 year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Price: shown in the app for your region (approx. USD 19.99 / year), charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Managing / cancelling: you can manage or cancel the subscription in the App Store: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Purchases can be restored in Settings → Restore purchases.

4. License (EULA)

These Terms of Use serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Saqrlog. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple standard EULA differ, these Terms supplement the Apple standard EULA for the items described above (such as the Saqrlog Pro subscription).

5. Disclaimer of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.
