Article 1: Application

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using Toscore (the App) between the user and the developer (freetokyo apps). Using the app constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2: Service Content

Toscore is a digital scoresheet and rule validation tool that assists table officials for basketball (including mini-basketball).

Main features: recording scores, fouls, timeouts, and playing time; rule violation validation; playing-time verification; record export.

The app works fully offline and does not transmit or collect user data externally.

Article 3: Unofficial Records

Records and validation results generated by this app are unofficial/reference only.

They are not a substitute for official scoresheets or official records.

Rule validation is supplementary guidance based on competition rules referenced by the developer; official competition decisions always follow competition rules, tournament regulations, and referee judgment.

The developer is not responsible for any outcomes based on the app's results.

This app is not affiliated with, related to, or endorsed by the Japan Basketball Association (JBA) or any sports organization.

The name JBA and other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Article 4: Fees and Billing

The main features are free. In-app purchases are one-time (non-consumable); there is no subscription. Billing is handled via Apple's App Store; payment and refunds follow Apple's rules. Purchase status is managed via StoreKit 2.

Article 5: Prohibited Activities

Users must not: violate laws or public order; reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app; interfere with the app's operation; engage in any other acts the developer deems inappropriate.

Article 6: Data Management

Data is stored only on the user's device. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to uninstallation, device failure, or loss. Please back up important data using the export function.

Article 7: Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. The developer makes no warranty of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app (including recording errors and game operation issues).

Article 8: Service Changes and Termination

The developer may change or terminate the app without prior notice to users.

Article 9: Changes to Terms

The developer may change these Terms as needed. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Courts in the developer's jurisdiction have exclusive agreed jurisdiction for disputes.
