The app is a tool that helps you record and organize cultivation on plots at community gardens, allotment gardens, and similar rented plots. Displayed information such as crop-rotation interval years and cultivation-period estimates is general reference information, and actual conditions differ by variety, soil, climate, and other factors. It does not guarantee cultivation results, harvest, or growth, and final cultivation decisions are your own responsibility.
Some features are provided as full access via a one-time purchase (non-consumable, not a subscription). Purchases can be restored from Settings.
The app is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.
Your records are stored on your device. To guard against data loss from device failure, loss, device change, app deletion, and the like, please back up your data at your own responsibility (the app relies on the OS device backup).
Except in cases of the developer's intent or gross negligence, the developer's liability for damages arising from your use or inability to use the app shall be limited to the total amount you have paid in connection with the app. Where this limitation is not permitted under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws, the developer bears liability to the extent provided by those laws.
