Is it free?

I want to restore my purchase
You can restore it from Settings → "Restore Purchases".
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored only on your device, with no external transmission and no data collection. No account is required.
Can I move my records when I change devices?
In Settings → "Backup", you can export a file encrypted with a passphrase and import it on the new device (Pro). There is no iCloud sync.
Do notifications show symptom names?
No. Reminder notifications use only generic wording such as "Time for today's log," and never show symptom names or scores.
Does this app diagnose?
No. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or assess severity. Use it as an aid for showing your records to your doctor.
