本アプリは、更年期の症状を記録・可視化するための自己記録ツールです。医療機器ではなく、病気の診断・治療・予防や症状の重症度判定を行うものではありません。セルフチェックのスコアは、利用者自身の記録どうしを比べるための参考値です。体調に関する判断は医師にご相談ください。
一部の機能は買い切り（非消費型・サブスクではありません）で提供します。一度購入すればずっとご利用いただけます。購入は設定の「購入を復元」から復元できます。自動更新はありません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性・不具合が生じないことを保証しません。
記録データは端末内に保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・機種変更・アプリの削除等によるデータの損失に備え、バックアップ（暗号化書き出し機能等）は利用者の責任で行ってください。バックアップのパスフレーズを紛失した場合、そのファイルは復元できません。
開発者は、開発者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因して利用者に生じた損害について、利用者が本アプリに関して支払った対価の総額を上限として責任を負うものとします。消費者契約法その他の強行法規によりこの制限が認められない場合は、当該法令の定める範囲で責任を負います。

Yuralog is a personal record-keeping tool for logging and visualizing menopause symptoms. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent illness, or assess symptom severity. The self-check score is a reference value for comparing your own records over time. Please consult a doctor about your health.
Some features are offered as a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription). Buy once, use forever. You can restore purchases from Settings. There is no auto-renewal.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.
Records are stored on your device. Please back up (via the encrypted export feature) at your own responsibility against device loss, replacement, or app deletion. If you lose a backup's passphrase, that file cannot be recovered.
Except in cases of the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer's liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the app is limited to the total amount you paid for the app. To the extent such limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, liability applies to the extent required by that law.
