利用規約

1. サービス内容

Treroは、ワークアウト記録、体組成記録、目標管理、履歴分析、フレンド機能、Apple Watch連携、サブスクリプション機能を含むトレーニング支援アプリです。本サービスには、品質改善、利用状況把握、機能導線評価のための利用状況計測が含まれます。利用できる機能は、プラン、端末設定、認証状態、外部サービスの提供状況などにより異なる場合があります。

2. アカウント

• ユーザーは、メールアドレスまたはApple IDで利用できます。
• メールアカウントではパスワード管理責任を負います。
• 他人へのなりすまし、資格情報の不正利用は禁止します。

• Users may access the app via email address or Apple ID.
• Users of email accounts are responsible for managing their passwords and other credentials.
• Impersonation and unauthorized credential use are prohibited.

3. プランと制限

• 無料プランでは、トレーニング履歴は直近30ワークアウト日、体組成グラフは直近30日、同時進行目標は3件、カスタム種目は10件、1日あたりの種目セッション数は10件までなどの制限があります。
• Trero Proでは、CSVエクスポート、プレート計算機、推定1RMランク表示などの追加機能が有効になります。
• 課金条件、価格、無料トライアルや導入オファーの有無は、App Storeの商品設定とご利用地域により異なる場合があります。

• The free plan includes limits such as the latest 30 workout days of workout history, the latest 30 days of body-composition charts, up to 3 active goals, up to 10 custom exercises, and up to 10 exercise sessions per day.
• Trero Pro unlocks additional features such as CSV export, the plate calculator, and estimated 1RM rank display.
• Billing terms, pricing, and the availability of free trials or introductory offers may vary depending on App Store product settings and your region.

• Trero Proは自動更新サブスクリプションです。現在の利用期間が終了するまでに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• 購入代金は購入確定時にApple Accountへ請求されます。更新時の請求は、現在の利用期間終了前24時間以内に行われます。
• 自動更新を停止するには、現在の利用期間終了の24時間以上前までに、iPhoneの「設定」>「Apple Account」>「サブスクリプション」から解約してください。
• サブスクリプションの管理および解約はAppleの購読管理画面から行います。アプリの削除やTreroアカウントの削除だけでは、サブスクリプションは自動的に解約されません。
• 無料トライアルまたは導入オファーが提供される場合、対象期間終了後は、解約しない限り通常料金で自動更新されます。
• 返金はAppleの課金ポリシーに従って処理されます。開発者はApp Store経由の課金について、Appleが定める範囲を超える返金判断を行えません。

• Trero Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, it renews automatically.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• To stop auto-renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Apple's subscription management interface. Deleting the app or deleting your Trero account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the subscription renews at the standard price after the offer period unless canceled beforehand.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's billing policies. The developer cannot issue refunds for App Store charges beyond the scope permitted by Apple.

4. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 不正アクセス、逆コンパイル、運営妨害、セキュリティ回避
• 他ユーザーへの嫌がらせ、迷惑行為、虚偽のフレンド申請、通報機能の濫用
• 第三者の権利侵害、またはデータの不正取得

• Conduct that violates law or public order
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, interference, or security circumvention
• Harassment, abusive social behavior, false friend requests, or misuse of reporting features
• Infringing third-party rights or obtaining data improperly

5. ユーザーデータ

ユーザーが入力したデータに関する権利は、法令または本規約に別段の定めがある場合を除き、原則としてユーザーに帰属します。開発者は、アプリ提供、保守、障害対応、法令順守のために必要な範囲で当該データを取り扱います。また、保存されるワークアウト記録や体組成データとは別に、利用状況把握と改善目的でイベント計測データを扱う場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 免責

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。中断がないこと、完全に無欠陥であることは保証しません。
• 本アプリは医療、診断、治療、専門的健康助言を提供するものではありません。
• トレーニングや健康に関する最終判断は、必要に応じて医療・専門家に相談してください。

• The app is provided on an “as is” basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The app does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional health advice.
• Final decisions about training and health should be made with medical or other qualified professionals when appropriate.

7. アカウント削除・停止

ユーザーはアプリ内の設定画面からアカウント削除を申請できます。規約違反や安全上の理由がある場合、開発者は合理的な範囲で利用制限を行うことがあります。

8. Appleとの関係

本アプリはAppleのApp Storeを通じて配信されますが、本規約の当事者はユーザーと開発者です。Appleは本規約の直接当事者ではありません。

9. 準拠法・連絡先
