Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We do not collect any personal information through the App. Your records (symptoms, medication, notes), data read from Health, weather data, and app settings are stored only on your device. We operate no server.

2. Health (HealthKit) data

• What is read: sleep duration, heart rate variability, resting heart rate
• Why: to treat them as that day’s conditions and analyze them against your records, entirely on your device
• Nothing is written to Health (read only)
• Health data is never used for advertising and is never shared with third parties
• You can revoke access at any time in the Settings app

3. Location

Location is used only to fetch weather, while you are using the App, at reduced accuracy. It is never stored outside your device. If you decline, you can select a region manually instead.

4. Network connections

The only service the App contacts is Apple’s weather service (WeatherKit). To fetch weather, your location or selected region is sent to Apple. Please refer to Apple’s privacy policy for how Apple handles that data.

The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. Deleting your data

Deleting the App deletes every record stored on your device. Export anything you want to keep as PDF or CSV first.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not collect personal information.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the change on this page.
