These terms govern your use of the iOS app “Atamalog” (the “App”), provided by freetokyo (“we”).
The App is a wellness tool that helps you see how your own records line up with weather and health data. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition and does not provide medical advice. The index it shows is an indication of how much conditions overlap; it does not assert or guarantee that symptoms will occur. If you are concerned about your health, please consult a medical professional.
The core features are free. Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ($9.99) and is not a subscription. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in connection with the App.
Nothing in the paragraph above limits our liability where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law; in those cases we are liable to the extent that law provides.
We may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
