These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Calmgraph ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purchases (one-time)
The app is free to download, and some features are available for free. "Calmgraph Pro" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (US$9.99); once purchased, it is available with no further charges. The app is not a subscription and there is no auto-renewal. Purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID via "Restore purchase." Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
2. Health notice & disclaimer
The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Scores and information are for reference only, reflecting relative trends against your personal baseline rather than an absolute state of health. If you have any health concern, always consult a healthcare professional. The developer is not liable for any outcome arising from use of the app.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
