Article 1 General Provisions / Overview of the Service

These Terms of Use ("these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the HomeNet Navi app ("this app" or "this Service").

By downloading or using this app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

This app is an iOS "income threshold" simulator app supporting the 2026 system.

It calculates income tax, resident tax, and social insurance premiums on a household basis, visualizes each "threshold" such as the spousal deduction and social insurance, and provides a feature to suggest take-home pay maximization scenarios.

Article 2 Conditions of Use

To use this Service, you must meet the following conditions: • You own an Apple device running iOS 16 or later • You are 13 years of age or older, in accordance with the App Store terms • You agree to all conditions of these Terms

Article 3 Account and Authentication

This app has no proprietary account system. Determination of subscription purchases is all performed via Apple StoreKit and is tied to your Apple ID.

Article 4 Subscriptions and Billing

This app offers the following plans.

• Free plan: basic take-home pay calculation, display of the 5 main thresholds, saving 1 scenario • Premium monthly: ¥190/month (auto-renewing, with a 1-month free trial) • Premium annual: ¥1,500/year (auto-renewing, with a 1-month free trial) All purchases are made through the App Store (Apple Inc.

), and Apple's Terms of Use apply.

Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

How to cancel: You can cancel from iPhone "Settings" → "Apple ID (your name)" → "Subscriptions" → "HomeNet Navi.

" Note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.

As long as you use the same Apple ID, you can carry over your subscription after switching devices via "Restore Purchase.

Article 5 Prohibited Acts

When using this Service, you must not engage in the following acts: • Falsifying this app's calculation results and presenting or selling them to third parties • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing this app • Extracting this app's system logic (RuleSet, etc.

) and repurposing or selling it for commercial purposes • Providing this app's calculation results to third parties as a substitute for tax accountant or labor and social security attorney services • Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

Article 6 Content and Intellectual Property

Income, deduction, and other data you enter into this app belong to you and are processed only on-device.

Intellectual property rights relating to the UI, design, program code, system logic (RuleSet / calculation engine), and brand elements (including name and logo) of this app belong to the developer.

Unauthorized reproduction, use, or repurposing of these is prohibited.

Article 7 Disclaimer

The developer is not responsible for the following matters.

• Calculation accuracy: The take-home pay, tax amounts, and social insurance amounts presented by this app are simulations based on publicly announced system information.

There is no guarantee that they will match the results of actual tax filing, year-end tax adjustment, or social insurance eligibility determination.

• System revisions: Support for tax system reforms and social insurance premium rate revisions from 2026 onward depends on app updates.

Please always check official information from the National Tax Agency, Japan Pension Service, or your municipality for the latest system details.

• Not a substitute for professionals: This app is not a substitute for consultation with a tax accountant, labor and social security attorney, or financial planner.

Please always consult a professional before making important decisions.

• Regional differences in resident tax: There may be municipality-specific reductions or additions for resident tax.

This app handles only major patterns.

• Third-party services: Issues related to the use of Apple services such as the App Store and StoreKit are governed by Apple's terms and support.

This Service is provided "as is.

" The developer makes no express or implied warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of this Service.

The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from work-style or payment decisions made based on this app's calculation results.

Article 8 Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The developer may add, change, or reduce features of this Service without prior notice. If discontinuing this Service, we will notify you as far in advance as possible via in-app notification or similar means.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to this Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 10 Revisions

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or posting on this page. Continued use of this Service after revisions constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
