We usually reply within a few business days.

Is Jamalog really offline?

Yes. All your data is stored only on your device. There is no account, no sign-in and no data collection.

What languages are supported?

Arabic (with right-to-left layout), English and Japanese. Choose your app language in the iOS Settings app.

How do I build a pedigree?

Open a camel, go to the Bloodline tab, then set the sire and dam on each camel from its edit screen. The pedigree chart and offspring update automatically.

How do reminders work?

Reminders use local notifications. The free plan reminds you 7 days ahead; Jamalog Pro adds 60- and 30-day reminders. Allow notifications when prompted to receive them.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings inside the app and tap “Restore purchases.” Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used to subscribe.

How do I cancel Jamalog Pro?

Open the App Store app → tap your account → Subscriptions → Jamalog → Cancel. Your data remains on your device, and you keep up to three camels on the free plan.

Is this an official camel registry?

No. Jamalog is a private, personal logbook. It is not an official or government registry and does not replace one. Health entries are records only, not veterinary advice.
