By downloading or using Jamalog (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Jamalog Pro subscription

• Title: Jamalog Pro.
• Length & price: a yearly auto-renewable subscription (USD 49.99/year, or the equivalent in your local currency shown at purchase).
• Free trial: new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage & cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Free plan: without Pro, you can keep up to three camels and continue viewing your data.

Acceptable use

The App is for keeping your own private records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining your own backups.

Not an official registry or veterinary advice

Jamalog is a private, personal logbook. It is not an official or government registry and does not replace one. Health entries are records only and are not veterinary diagnosis or advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any medical decision.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
