You can analyze one property for free. A one-time purchase (no subscription) removes the property limit.
What types of floor plans are supported?
The app is designed for clean apartment floor plans with dimension lines (in mm). Without a scale, actual measurements cannot be calculated.
Columns are not detected automatically
Accuracy may decrease with photographs. If the results are off, you can manually specify column and room vertices using 'Redo everything manually'.
The calculated area differs from reality
Results are estimates derived from the floor plan. Discrepancies may arise due to photographic distortion or drawing scale. Please verify actual dimensions and areas using important disclosure documents and on-site measurement.
Where is the data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any external server. No account is required.
I want to restore my purchase
You can restore it from Settings → 'Restore Purchases'.
