This policy sets out how personal information and other data is handled in the iOS app "Khaylog" (the "App") provided by freetokyo ("we").

1. We do not collect data

The App runs fully offline. Data you enter — such as horse records, photos, costs and pedigree — is stored solely on your device. We do not collect, view or transmit this data externally. No account registration is required.

2. Third-party disclosure & tracking

The App uses no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs or tracking technologies whatsoever. We do not provide data to any third party.

3. Photo & notification permissions

We may ask for access to your photo library/camera to attach images to records, and for notification permission to alert you of due dates. Images obtained are used only within records on your device and are not transmitted externally. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Managing & migrating data

Data export (JSON/PDF/CSV) is performed only by your action, and you choose the destination. Deleting the App will lose the data on your device. We recommend exporting a backup before migrating.
