What do I need to use SaunaFlow?
An iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and Apple Watch (watchOS 10 or later) are required. Create presets on your iPhone and run sessions on your Apple Watch.
The Watch app won't sync with my iPhone.
Open SaunaFlow on both your iPhone and Apple Watch, keeping the preset list visible on the Watch side. Saving or editing a preset on the iPhone will start the sync.
Is the premium a subscription?
No. SaunaFlow's premium is a one-time purchase.
Where is my data stored?
Data such as presets, history, and notes is stored on-device and is not sent to external servers.
