1. 本規約について
本規約は、freetokyo（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリ「トレカルテ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になることで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの位置づけ
本アプリは、パーソナルトレーナーが業務上の記録を管理するためのツールです。 本アプリは、医療上の助言・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。 また、トレーニングの指導内容そのものを提供するものでもありません。 記録された内容は、身体の変化やトレーニングの成果を約束するものではありません。 健康状態に関する判断が必要な場合は、医師などの専門家にご相談ください。
3. 顧客情報の取り扱い
本アプリに入力された情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者はこれらの情報にアクセスできません。 顧客の個人情報の取得・管理、および必要な同意の取得は、利用者ご自身の責任において行ってください。 利用者は、適用される法令を遵守して本アプリを利用するものとします。
4. 回数券機能について
本アプリの回数券機能は、残回数・有効期限・未収の状態を記録するためのものです。 お支払いの処理・受け取り・請求書の発行は行いません。 顧客との金銭のやり取りは、本アプリの外で利用者ご自身が行うものとします。
5. 購入について
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、顧客3名まで・テンプレート3個までの制限内で主要機能をご利用いただけます。 トレカルテ Pro（¥3,000・買い切り）を購入すると、顧客とテンプレートが無制限になり、PDF進捗レポート・CSVエクスポート・月次サマリーが利用できます。
購入は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。購入は同一の Apple Account に紐づき、アプリ内の「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。 返金については Apple の定めに従います。開発者は返金処理を行いません。
6. データのバックアップ
本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の紛失・故障・アプリの削除によりデータが失われる可能性があります。 設定からバックアップファイルを書き出せますので、定期的なバックアップを利用者の責任において行ってください。 開発者は、データの消失について責任を負いません。
7. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、適用法令が許容する範囲で責任を負いません。 本アプリの記録内容の正確性は、利用者の入力に依存します。
8. 禁止事項
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、法令に違反する目的での利用、第三者の権利を侵害する利用を禁止します。
9. 本規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合は、このページを更新します。

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the iOS app "ToreKarte" (the "App") provided by freetokyo (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. What the App is
The App is a tool for personal trainers to keep business records. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nor does it provide training instruction itself. What you record does not promise any physical change or training outcome. Consult a physician or other qualified professional for decisions about health.
3. Your clients' information
Information entered in the App is stored only on your device, and the Developer cannot access it. Obtaining and managing your clients' personal information, and getting any consent required, is your responsibility. You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable law.
4. About prepaid passes
The pass feature exists to record sessions remaining, expiry, and unpaid status. It does not process payments, collect money, or issue invoices. Any money that changes hands with your clients happens outside the App and is your responsibility.
5. Purchases
The App is free to download and usable within the free limits of 3 clients and 3 templates. ToreKarte Pro (¥3,000, one-time) removes those limits and adds PDF progress reports, CSV export, and the monthly summary.
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store, tied to your Apple Account, and can be restored any time via "Restore purchase" in the App. Refunds follow Apple's policies; the Developer does not process refunds.
6. Backups
App data lives only on your device and can be lost if the device is lost or damaged, or if the App is deleted. You can export a backup file from Settings; keeping regular backups is your responsibility. The Developer is not responsible for data loss.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. The accuracy of what the App shows depends on what you enter.
8. Restrictions
Do not reverse-engineer the App, use it for unlawful purposes, or use it in ways that infringe the rights of others.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page.
