A cleaner breath, one day at a time.

Nasma logs cigarettes and shisha sessions in their own units.
It shows the money and time you keep, and the days you did not smoke.

Shisha counted as shisha

Logged as a session

Not just a count: duration, flavour and place are kept too. Most quit-smoking apps have no unit for shisha at all.

No single conversion

Nasma does not show “one session equals N cigarettes”. Smoke volume, carbon monoxide and nicotine differ by very different factors.

Per metric, with sources

Each metric is shown as a range with its source. You can turn the comparison off in Settings.

Ramadan and the Hijri rhythm

Smoke-free fasting hours

Set your fasting start and end times and Nasma adds up the hours with no record inside that window. No location access is used.

Match your local announcement

A calculated calendar can differ from the local announcement by a day. You can shift the start date by one day.

After Ramadan

The distance you built during fasting can carry on. Note the situations you tend to return in as triggers.

Designed for not being seen

Biometric lock is free

The people who most need privacy should not hit a paywall for it, so the lock is free.

Notifications never say “smoking”

On both tiers, the default notification wording contains no smoking or shisha words.

Widgets go neutral too

With privacy mode on, widgets and Apple Watch show a neutral placeholder instead of your days or amount.

A log you can actually correct

Add, edit, delete, undo

One-tap logging has an undo. You can enter past dates, with no limit on the number of records.

Search and filter

Filter by flavour, note, place or type.

Backup and restore

Export JSON and read it back. Not an export-only “backup”.

What changes over time, with sources

After 20 minutes, after 12 hours, after a day… Nasma presents the stages people commonly describe, always with the source, and states that experiences vary. This is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or prevention. If you have concerns about your health, please talk to a doctor.

FAQ

Is it really offline?

Yes. There is no account, records are stored only on your device, and nothing is sent anywhere. There are no ads and no third-party analytics.

Can I track shisha only?

Yes. Choose “Shisha (waterpipe)” during setup and the cigarette fields are hidden. You can change it later in Settings.

Should I log the days I did smoke?

Yes. Nasma separates your current streak from your total, so logging never resets your total. The wording is never judgemental.

What happens when I change devices?

Records live only on your device, so they do not transfer on their own. Use the backup feature in full access to export JSON and read it back on the new device.

What is Health data used for?

Only resting heart rate, steps and sleep are read, and only to show them beside the same period. Read-only, processed on your device, never sent anywhere.

Is this a subscription?

No. Full access is a one-time purchase with no further charges.
