Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Scope

These terms govern the use of Nasma (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them.

What the app is

Nasma stores, aggregates and displays the records you enter. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or prevention. Health-related content is general information about what people commonly experience, presented with its source, and no outcome is promised. Please consult a doctor or another qualified professional for health decisions.

Purchases

Full access is a one-time in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on the same account. Refunds follow Apple’s policy; please contact Apple directly.

Restrictions

Please do not reverse-engineer the app, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others.

Liability

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer’s liability for any damage arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, liability applies to the extent required by that law.

Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed or discontinued. Significant changes will be announced here or in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
