Scope
These terms govern the use of Temalog ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them.
What the app is
The app stores, totals and displays records that you enter yourself. The types shown in the app — daily rate, lump sum, hourly — are ways of calculating an amount and do not determine the form or legality of any contract. Please confirm contractual matters with the party you work for and with a professional.
Amounts and tax
Totals are kept excluding tax, and tax is shown only as a reference. The app does not provide tax or legal advice and does not guarantee the accuracy of an invoiced amount or its tax treatment. Please confirm the final amount and how tax applies with the party you invoice, and consult a qualified professional for your own situation.
Purchases
Full Access is a one-time in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored with the same account. Refunds follow Apple's policy and must be requested from Apple.
Your data
Records are stored only on your device. The developer has no means of recovering data lost through a lost, broken or reset device, or through deleting the app. Please use the backup export.
Limitation of liability
The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, except in cases of the developer's wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Where mandatory law does not permit the exclusion of liability, that exclusion does not apply and liability is accepted to the extent required by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The updated terms take effect when posted on this page.

Limitation of liability
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
