Getting started
- Add one site to begin — the one you're on most. Enter its name and a daily rate.
- Tap "Add Entry" at the bottom of Home, pick the site, tap the number of days, and save.
- Home shows your total days and amount for the month.
- When you pay for materials, use Home → Advances to record the amount, vendor and a photo of the receipt. Pick the site and it lands in that site's closing.
- As a closing day approaches, go to Home → Closings, check the unbilled advances, and confirm the period.
- From a closing you can export the work sheet as a PDF, or a CSV.
FAQ
How is a closing period decided?
From the day after the previous closing day through the current one. With a closing day of the 20th, that is 21 July to 20 August. Home totals use calendar months, so the two figures can differ — the app labels which is which.
Can a confirmed amount change later?
No. The rates and records as they stood at confirmation are stored, and editing afterwards does not change them.
What if I need to fix a record after closing?
You can. You'll be asked to confirm once. After editing, close the period again; the previous confirmation is kept in the history.
How do I enter overtime?
Set an overtime hourly rate on the site. If it's zero, the overtime field is hidden.
I bought Full Access but the features are locked
Use "Restore Purchase" on the paywall or in Settings. You must be signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
