Scope
These terms apply to your use of the iOS app “Waqtain” provided by the developer, freetokyo.
Licence
Subject to the App Store terms, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use this app personally. Please do not decompile, modify or redistribute it.
Status of prayer times
The prayer times shown are estimates calculated on your device from your selected method and coordinates. Actual iqamah times vary by mosque and region. Please use your local mosque's announcement as the reference.
This app does not designate any calculation method or school as correct, and does not provide religious rulings. Questions of religious practice should be referred to qualified authority.
Purchases
Waqtain Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. You can restore a purchase from “Restore purchase” in the app.
Disclaimer
This app is provided as is. The developer is not liable for damages arising from its use, except in cases of the developer's intent or gross negligence.
Notwithstanding the above, where the developer is liable, compensation is limited to the amount you paid for this app.
If a defect in this app causes you loss, the developer will endeavour to issue a fix promptly or to guide you through Apple's refund process.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Limitation of liability
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
