Trace a batch back to people

Register your products and a lot for each one, then pick the lot on every treatment. When you need to know who a particular batch was used on, open it: the app lists the clients you can still contact, plus counts for records kept without a name and records where the lot was not written down. It also shows the date your records start from, so you are never left guessing whether the list is complete.

Patch test rules, per brand

Requirements differ between products and between insurers, so the rule lives on the brand: carry out, follow the maker's guidance, or not required, with a validity period you choose. Whatever the rule was on the day you tested is stored with that test, so changing a brand later never rewrites a past result. Expiry badges appear in the list whether or not reminders are on.

Measure the processing time

A timer for lift steps 1 and 2 on a dark screen you can hold above closed eyes, with big controls you can find without looking. It measures from the moment you start rather than counting up, so it keeps running in the background. If you pause and resume, the record is marked and left out of retention comparisons.

Free for up to 20 clients, with unlimited treatments, designs, lots and patch tests. Lot lookup, the timer, PDF export, the lock and both kinds of deletion are free too.

Full access removes the client, photo and consent-template limits and adds retention analysis and backup. You can buy it once or pay yearly (auto-renewing) — the same features unlock either way. See the terms for the renewal conditions.

If a yearly plan ends, everything you already recorded stays readable, editable and exportable. Only three things stop: adding clients beyond 20, retention analysis, and backup export.

What it does not do

No booking, no payments, no takings, no team sharing, no cloud sync, no design suggestions. It does not fetch weather data.

It is a record book. It does not assess a treatment, judge whether one is suitable, or advise on allergy, legal or insurance requirements — those judgements are yours.
