Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Netlit (the "app") handles personal information and the content you enter.
Information we collect
The app collects no information about you. No name, no email address, no device identifier, no location and no usage data.
Where your data is stored
The app makes no network connections. No account is required and nothing is sent to the developer. Your tank dimensions, measurements and dosing records are stored only on your device.
If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, the app's data is included in Apple's backup like any other app's. That backup is handled by Apple, not by the app.
There is no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK, so the developer has no way of knowing how the app is used.
Device features
The app does not use the camera, microphone, location services, contacts, photo library or notifications.
CSV / PDF export and saving a backup file go through the standard iOS share sheet and file picker. You choose the destination, and the app does not record where you chose.
Purchases
Buying or restoring Netlit Premium is handled by Apple through the App Store. The app only reads whether the purchase is active on this device and never receives your payment details or Apple Account information. Apple's privacy policy governs how that information is handled.
Exporting and deleting your data
From settings you can export a full backup file and restore from one, export CSV / PDF, and delete all data. Export and restore are free. Deleting the app removes its data from your device.

This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.
Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
