Main features

One-tap visit start and stop

Just tap when you arrive. Pick a client, press "Start Visit," and logging begins. When you finish, choose the service type (personal care, daily-living support, etc.), add a note, and save. No complicated steps.

Automatic pay estimates

Set your hourly rate, night premium (10 p.m.-6 a.m.), and holiday premium, and your estimated pay is calculated the moment a visit ends. Travel time can be included in pay if you choose. Japanese public holidays (2025-2027) are detected automatically, so you can see your monthly earnings in real time.

Manage multiple clients with per-service rates

Register each client with a name, care service category, and hourly rate. If personal care and daily-living support pay differently, you can set a separate rate per service type. Manage all your agencies and clients in one place.

Totals by agency (great for multiple jobs)

For helpers juggling more than one agency, the monthly report shows income totaled by agency, handy at tax time or when checking your paycheck.

Review your visit history

Browse past visits by month and filter by client. Records can be edited, and pay is recalculated automatically after any change.

PDF and CSV export for faster reports

Export your monthly activity as a PDF in an A4 layout you can submit to your agency. CSV export lets you manage data in Excel.

Safe iCloud backup

All records sync automatically to iCloud, so your data moves with you to a new device. You can also log visits offline.
