Where is my data stored?
On the free plan, data is stored on your iPhone (local storage). On the premium plan, iCloud sync is available. In either case, the developer cannot access your data.
How is the night-time premium calculated?
22:00–06:00 is defined as the night-time period, and any minutes within this period are calculated at the premium rate (typically 25% extra). For example, for a visit from 21:00–23:00: 21:00–22:00 is calculated at the regular rate, and 22:00–23:00 is automatically calculated at the premium rate.
Can I cancel the premium plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Go to App Store Settings → Subscriptions to cancel. After cancellation, you can continue using premium features until the next renewal date.
What happens to my data when I change devices?
On the free plan, data can be transferred by restoring from an iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or Mac backup). On the premium plan with iCloud sync, signing in with the same Apple ID will automatically transfer your data.
Can I use it if I am registered with multiple workplaces?
The premium plan supports management of multiple workplaces. You can set hourly rates and transportation allowances per workplace and view the combined estimated salary.
Can I customize the PDF report content?
The current version supports standard-format PDF output only. Customization is planned for a future update. Please share your requests via the contact form.
Which iOS version is supported?
iOS 17.0 and later is supported. Updating to the latest iOS is recommended.
