Basic Policy

CareHours respects user privacy to the maximum. Your personal information and visit record data are stored only on your device or your own iCloud account. The developer has no means to access your data.

Information We Collect

The app collects and stores the following: visit records entered by the user (date/time, client name, service type, hours, etc.

); app settings (hourly rate, transportation, etc.

); purchase information (premium subscription status).

All of this is stored on your device or in iCloud and is not sent to the developer's servers.

Information NOT Collected

The app does not collect any of the following: personal identifying information (name, email address, phone number, etc.); location or GPS information; access to contacts, camera, or microphone; behavioral logs or access analytics data; advertising identifier (IDFA).

iCloud Sync

The premium plan provides a data sync feature using Apple iCloud. Data is stored on Apple's servers (iCloud). iCloud privacy protection follows Apple's privacy policy. The developer has no means to access your iCloud data. iCloud sync can be disabled at any time in Apple ID settings.

Purchase and Payment Information

Premium plan purchases are made via Apple's App Store. Payment information such as credit card details is managed by Apple and is not provided to the developer. StoreKit 2 is used to verify subscription status.

Third-Party Information Sharing

The app does not sell, provide, or share user information with third parties, except in the following cases: with the user's consent; or when disclosure is required by law.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is revised, notification will be provided via app update or this page. Important changes will also be announced within the app.

Controller, contact and your rights

This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.

Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.

Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
