What is not collected
This app collects nothing. There is no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK, and the developer has no way of knowing how the app is used.
Where the data lives
Everything you enter — owners, vehicles, job records, photos, warranty dates, price list, locations and recurring plans — is stored on your device only. Nothing is sent to a server, and the developer neither receives nor accesses it.
No account is required. Every feature works in airplane mode.
Device features
- Camera — to photograph vehicle condition before and after the work. Photos stay on the device.
- Photo library — to attach existing photos to a job record.
- Face ID / Touch ID — to unlock the app. Biometric data is never given to the app; only the result of the check is.
- Notifications — for warranty and maintenance reminders. These are local notifications built on the device.
All of these are optional. Recording and report output work without them. Location is never used.
About your customers' information
Information you enter about your customers is information you control. The developer does not receive it and does not store it. Complying with the laws that apply to you regarding your customers' personal data is your responsibility.
Exporting and deleting
Settings lets you create and restore a backup, export the ledger as CSV, and delete all data. Deleting the app removes the data on the device.

This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.
Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
