1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the iOS application “Kartella Auto” provided by the developer, freetokyo.
2. Nature of the records
The records and reports this app creates are your own business records. The developer does not certify their contents. They are not certificates, warranty documents or appraisals.
3. Your customers' information
The person who uses this app is the sole controller of any customer information entered into it. This app does not transmit data to any server, and the developer does not receive, access or store any of it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you regarding the personal data of your customers.
4. Purchases
Additional features are provided as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's terms. You can restore the purchase from within the app on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
5. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer the app, use it for unlawful purposes, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as is” basis. The developer does not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose, or that the records are accurate. Entering and keeping the records is your responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer's liability arising from the use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Where mandatory law does not permit such a limitation, the developer remains liable to the extent that law provides.
7. Loss of data
Data is stored on your device only. Beyond the limits in the previous clause, the developer is not liable for data lost through device failure, loss, reset or deletion of the app. Create a backup regularly from Settings and keep a copy off the device.
8. Changes
These terms may change. A revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Limitation of liability (overriding)
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
