Moving to a new phone
Go to Settings → Backup, choose a passphrase and export the backup file, then import it from the same screen on the new phone. There is no sync, so nothing moves without this step. The passphrase is not stored anywhere; if you forget it, the file cannot be opened again.
An ingredient is not showing up in the check
Stock, roux and sauces do not reveal their allergens in their name. In the ingredient list, mark the item as packaged and copy the ingredient list from the label. Packaged items with no label copied in appear under “not confirmed” in the check.
Changing a step in the timeline
Tap a step in the job's timeline to change its duration, the equipment it uses, and whether it is hands-on. Only that job changes; the dish itself keeps its own template.
The food cost ratio is not shown
It needs the fee before tax, plus either ingredient prices or what you actually spent. When the client pays for the food, the app shows the amount to be reimbursed instead of a ratio.
Cancelling the subscription
Cancel in your App Store account settings. After cancelling you can still read, edit, delete and back up your records, and share documents you already created.
